Lisa Hugo Coaching is a brand of Audacia Marketing Management LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases are subject to the specific refund terms applicable to the product purchased. Unless

expressly stated otherwise, all sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted to

[email protected] within the applicable guarantee period.

2. NO-REFUND PROGRAMS

The following programs are non-refundable:

- VIP Mentorship Program

- Executive Voice & Presence Mastery

- Speaking Mastery

- Private 1:1 Coaching

- Speak To Impact Community

3. SELF-GUIDED PROGRAM GUARANTEES

Speak With No Fear: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Customer must complete at least 20% of the course

and submit the request within 7 days.

Voice of Success Masterclass: 14-Day Improvement Guarantee. Customer must complete at least 20% of

the course and submit the request within 14 days.

Vocal Vibes: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Customer must complete all exercises and submit the

request within 7 days.

4. SPEAK TO IMPACT COMMUNITY

Speak To Impact is billed at USD 97 per week and is non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time by

emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing only. Missing live coaching calls does not

pause billing. Access to all community resources and bonus courses ends upon cancellation or payment

failure.

5. DEPOSITS

Deposits for selected high-ticket programs are refundable only if, after completing an application, the

Company determines that the applicant is not a suitable fit.

6. DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased at a discounted price or with a coupon are non-refundable, regardless of any

otherwise applicable guarantee.

7. LIVE COACHING RULE

If a customer attends any live coaching session, any otherwise applicable refund guarantee is immediately

void.

8. ACCESS TERMINATION AFTER REFUND

If a refund is granted, all licenses and access rights terminate immediately. The customer must cease

using and destroy all program materials.

9. COMPANY DISCRETION

All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Audacia Marketing Management LLC.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
